Dear Aunt Agony,
I’m a beautiful, talented, charming, brilliant woman with oodles of money and bodyguards.
But I have a problem. Since young, my wicked, dastardly, devilish, evil brother has been making my life a living hell! Driving me to shed my tears and hurting people around me in pitiful attempts to vent my frustration.
I want revenge, REVENGE! I’ve tried EVERYTHING! Taking his toys away, trying to push him into ponds, but nothing seems to work. He escapes everything!
Aunt Agony, what should I do?
Dear Desperate,
Normally I would suggest that you stop such childish behaviour but it appears that you’re too unhappy to accept something that mild.
A possible suggestion would be to kidnap his friend/roommate from the boarding school he’s in while the latter is out walking with his neighbour who looks like a girl.
You should then bundle him up into your black car (assuming you have one) and just ignore the boy with the long pink hair, never mind that he would run back and give your brother enough information to piece together the pieces to suspect you.
He probably also won’t find out where you’ve hidden out with his blonde friend despite the vast amount of resources he has at his command and the native intelligence he was born with. So you may have to call him. Besides, it’s highly doubtful that he’ll be able to gather a large enough rescue team from his hostel of about a few hundred or so to charge your apartment with its measly 5 bodyguards. He will also probably be too concerned about his helpless roommate – who was rumoured to be in a gang, can fight very well, and has the special ability of being able to heal cuts to the face in less than one minute – to even think of such a plan.
In fact, that rumoured special power is probably a lie to deter foolish believers from threatening to cut his face and hurting his bishounen vanity. I strongly suggest that when a rescue attempt does take place with your brother and two other friends entering the apartment, you should wave a knife wildly in front of your hostage’s face and threaten to cut it.
This is just an idea though.
Aunt Agony
Dear Aunt Agony,
Thank you so much for your incredibly brilliant plan! I’ll put it into effect straightaway.
Best Wishes,
Formerly Desperate
Dear Desperate,
It was my pleasure. I am so very glad that I could help. May your scheme work out almost as well as mine always does.
Love,
Aunt Agony
With those parting words, Aunt Agony signed off with a flourish, taking great pains to adorn the ‘A’ as how the Aunt was wont to. All in a day’s work. Placing the letter into a envelope, Agony leaned back and stretched, a smile akin to that of a well-fed cat curling the mouth and causing a slight laugh to escape through the lips.
The other occupant in the room, noticing the chuckle, turned towards the desk in curiosity.
“Hey Shinobu! What are you writing?”
“Nothing, Mitsuru,” he smiled. “Nothing at all.”
