Gundam Wing Beautiful mecha, an excellent plot, bishounen... what more can a person ask for? ^_^ Set in another alternate universe, this cartoon explores the consequences and happenings of war in your typical Gundam colony vs. earth situation, complete with the twists that characterise the gundam universe. It can get a bit draggy in the beginning for the uninitiated, but for those who stay on until the end, you are well rewarded with a very, very satisfying conclusion. ^___^

GW: Operation Meteor This is a compilation of the best scenes from Gundam Wing set in "odd" and "even" episodes where they highlight Heero, Trowa and Wufei and the next disc they highlight Duo and Quatre and the misc. people. Very nice eye-candy and if you are clever, you can grasp the plot just by looking at various snapshots taken at various parts in the cartoon, but it's not easy. ^_~ Only for the fanatic *sheepish duck of head* but what is cool is that they showcase a more complete ending of gundam wing that is not shown in the series. Waah! They really did toast after the whole war as what they said they would!! ^^ |

Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz OVA Taking place 1 year after the war, can the peace - that which was so hard fought for - last? Or is history doomed to repeat itself and will war ensue? The special edition was released to coincide with 30 years of Gundam mania, with special footage included; making the plot more coherent and extra gundam action sequences. Also, the theme song was changed from "Last Reflection" to "Last Impression", and believe you me - I was "wow" when I heard it. The first song was nice... but the new song was... apt. Very very nice for a OVA. The screenshots are way better than the series and the gundams are simply beautiful. ^_^ Oh, and guess what? It has a plot too. Can someone please tell me why I am hooked to this thing? |
